• If you must cancel your appointment, please contact Amanda at (251) 604-3904. You can use the reminder system to confirm your appointment but NOT TO CANCEL. The reminder system is for notification purposes only.  We keep a calendar planner in the office along with the online schedule; to keep the schedules synced up, Amanda must be the one to cancel your appointments.
• We have a long list of people who are work-in-only appointments, and we must be notified of cancellations as soon as possible so we can contact another patient to fill that spot. For our work-ins, please try your best to give a timely response when asked if you want to bring your child in a cancelled spot. We truly do have a long list of patients who we try to fit in each week. If you can't make a scheduled appointment, notify us as soon as possible so we can give that opportunity to another patient.
