Read our new procedures and guidelines below for your safety.
We respectfully ask that each patient be accompanied by only one adult. If other family members must be present, they may remain in the car (children must be supervised) during the therapy session or you are welcome to park and walk around outside the parking area gate and family/siblings may play or take a walk outside of our fenced in barn area. Please do not allow them in the office and please don’t allow them to touch toys, balls, and therapy equipment.
We also ask all patients to wait in your cars until someone comes to get you for your session. This gives us time to sanitize all office and therapy surfaces that have come in contact with another patient before your child/patient touches them.
We also encourage you to send your child with a mask on if they are able to wear one to provide an extra layer of safety for them.
We will be extra vigilant about cleaning our bathroom, office, surfaces, toys, and all other therapy equipment with Lysol and Clorox wipes. Please know that our employees interacting with patients will be wearing masks and gloves and are being mindful to be extra vigilant about staying unexposed and staying home if any symptoms occur.
If you or your children have symptoms of the COVID-19 illness, even last minute before you come, PLEASE cancel your appointment and recover from home. If someone in your household has been tested for suspicion of COVID-19, please do not come to therapy or send your child if they have been in contact with that person UNTIL a negative test result is received or the recommended 10 day quarantine is up. If someone in your household tests positive, please keep your child at home for the 10 day recommended quarantine.
Please if you must cancel your appointment, contact Kristye at 251-604-3904. You can use the reminder system to confirm your appointment but NOT TO CANCEL. We keep a calendar planner along with the online system and to keep it synced up Kristye must be the one to cancel your appointments. We have a very long list of people who are work-in-only appointments and we must be notified of cancellations as soon as possible so we can contact another patient to fill that spot. For our work ins, please try your best to give a timely response when asked if you want to bring your child in a cancelled spot. We truly do have a long list that we try to fit in each week if possible and if you can't make it, we'd like to give that opportunity to another patient.
